Talks for your studio, workplace, or community.

I speak to women's groups, workplaces, and community organizations about the hormonal patterns most women are never taught to recognize - perimenopause, thyroid changes, and the hormonal toll of chronic stress. Talks are practical and conversational, not lecture-style, and built to leave people with something they can act on immediately.
