Welcome

My work sits at the intersection of clinical care, technology, and how people make sense of their health over time.

I work as a clinician, but also as someone who has paid attention—for decades—to how systems of the body and our environment interact over time.

Most health concerns are not isolated problems. They are patterns that form across:

  • physiology (hormones, digestion, sleep, energy regulation)

  • stress and recovery cycles

  • lived experience and context

  • the timing and progression of symptoms

When these layers are separated, care can feel fragmented. When they are seen together, a clearer map often begins to form.

Many of us have been taught to engage in health systems that silo. Many of us sense that everything is connected, but nothing is being connected.

My goal is to show patients and clinicians alike, that the most effective and efficient solutions are found through frameworks that incorporate relational attunement and clever diagnostics.

At its simplest, my process is:

  1. Understand the pattern in your health history

  2. Build a clinical map across relevant systems, so that decisions are grounded and not scattered

  3. Choose next steps:

    • targeted testing if necessary

    • clinical interventions such as supplements, prescriptions, herbal remedies, or biomechanics

    • changes in daily patterns to specifically influence physiology

    • education to support the interventions

What I don’t do:

  • No quick-fix wellness promises

  • No one-size-fits-all protocols

  • No separation of body from lived experience
